Booking Policy

 

We have reserved time and massage therapist especially for you. If cancellations/rescheduling need to be made, please give us a notice at least 3 hours prior to your appointment time. Any reason of cancellation/rescheduling made less than 3 hours will be charged $45 fee.

 

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session.

 

Credit/Debit card will be hold to reserve the appointment but payment will be taken at the time of service which can be paid with Card, Cash, Zelle, Gift Card or Gift Certificate. 

 

A convenience fee of 4% will be charged on all credit/debit card payments. Customers may avoid this extra fee by paying with Cash or Zelle.
